Hello area quilters,
My mother-in-law, the family quilter, passed away two years ago. She taught us to appreciate the fine art of quilting, and we all have her beautiful
handiwork in our NH and MA homes. Her quilts have been on my daughter’s
crib, then toddler bed, now the queen bed she studies on. As she heads off
to college, Hope would have wanted her to have a quilt to take with her. I
would like her to have a memory quilt as well as a college keepsake. I had in mind a reversible quilt, one side with high school memories, and the other
with her college-of-choice t shirts. I love all the different finish work I see at
your shows, and though have been on many t-shirt quilt websites, am interested in something with a true quilting finish that will wear well through the years. Also, I prefer to give local neighbors business.
Would anyone be interested in making my daughter’s t-shirt quilt?
Thank you,

Fellow Quilters,
I am looking to share a quilting studio with a quilter/artist. I currently rent an art studio at East Mill Art Space in North Andover. I have young kids who keep me busy so I do not use the space as much as I would like. The rent would be $100 per month. If you are interested, please contact me at stef.Lewendon@me.com.
Enjoyed the article about you in the North Andover Citizen.
If you are ever looking for a place to have a quilting retreat, I hope you will contact us. We are a hidden gem in the Valley and would like to be less hidden.
All the best in your work and support of Turning Point.

Jody,
We do allow non-members to attend lectures and workshops. There is usually an extra fee for non-members. I double checked, Lenore is not coming this May.
The program committee is not scheduled to announce next years lectures until June. But according to Lenore’s website she is scheduled to come in May of 2012. With that said, check back with us at a later date. I’m not sure when it will get posted but it should be up by September 2011.
Then again, you could always join us at our meeting.
Hope to see you there,
Cathy H
